VideoSlicer splits a video into shorter clips — timed segments, custom ranges, or presets sized for WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, and more. Everything happens on your device. There's no server, no upload step, and no account.
VideoSlicer is a straightforward utility: pick a video already on your phone, choose how to split it, and get back a folder of clips ready to send or post. Nothing you slice is uploaded anywhere — the processing happens locally using your device's own hardware.
VideoSlicer is developed and provided by Brown Pro Software LLC, headquartered in the State of Florida, United States ("we," "us," "our"). This policy explains what happens to information in connection with your use of the VideoSlicer Android application (the "App").
We do not operate any backend server for this App. As a direct result, we never receive, see, or store:
The App integrates two Google services, each independently collecting a limited set of data under its own privacy practices:
Google AdMob (free version only) — displays ads inside the App. To do this, AdMob's SDK collects device and advertising identifiers, general device information, and approximate location derived from IP address, and may use this to personalize ads. Review and manage this in the Google Ads Privacy & Terms or in your device's Settings → Privacy → Ads. Upgrading to Pro removes ads and stops this data collection.
Google Play Billing — processes the one-time Pro purchase. Your payment details are handled entirely by Google Play; we never receive your card information. Google shares limited purchase-confirmation data with us so the App can unlock Pro features on your device.
Both services are governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
Since we don't collect or store your content or personal information on any server, there's nothing on our end to retain or delete. Clips live only in your device's storage until you delete them yourself. To stop AdMob's data collection entirely, upgrade to Pro or uninstall the App.
VideoSlicer is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.

By downloading, installing, or using VideoSlicer, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the App.
VideoSlicer splits videos stored on your device into smaller segments. All processing occurs locally; we do not receive or store your video content.
You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. Users under the age of majority in their jurisdiction should only use the App with a parent or guardian's involvement.
The App offers a free tier with usage limits and an optional one-time Pro upgrade. Purchases are processed exclusively through Google Play Billing and subject to Google Play's refund policies. Pro status is tied to the Google account used to purchase it.
The free version displays ads via Google AdMob. See the Privacy Policy above for what this involves.
You retain full ownership of any videos you process. You're solely responsible for having the rights to use, edit, and process any content you select in the App.
You agree not to use the App unlawfully, attempt to reverse-engineer it beyond what's permitted by law, circumvent its licensing or purchase-verification mechanisms, or process content you don't have the right to use.
The App is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of data loss.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of data or video content, arising from your use of the App. Total liability for all claims will not exceed the amount you paid for the Pro upgrade, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
